Updated from Parkitect

-Swapped out Trim (Half) from Shyguy's Building Set 1 with Border (Half) from Parkitect. (blue benches)
-Swapped out angled beams from Shyguy's Building Set 3 with Cornice (Flat) from Parkitect and rotated it using the Freedom 2000 mod.

These two changes eliminates 2 of the 4 mods originally used.
