Changes in v0.0.2:

- Fixed description for "Failed Tribulation" Modifier (preventing fast-healing)
- Added "Dao Injuries" Modifier (preventing fast-healing) (e.g. when passing on Immortal Blood)
- Added Dao Combat Training (incl. auto)
- On Immortal Reincarnation, personal combat training is taken over
- Marked Fake Immortals (the ones made with Immortal Blood Ritual) as such and added Dao Companions (as the feature itself is quite old, pre Dao Companions)
