Unless the update completely failed to upload, this problem should finally be fixed once and for all... even though I had to completely change what it does.
TP: Submissions now occur instantaneously, making it essentially impossible to freeze the command queue by a cancelling attempt. This does mean the holding/waiting for a few seconds thing is totally irrelevant but who cared about that anyways haha

(opefully) Fixed an error on TP tat causes te bomb to softlock wen a cancel command is sent. I swear, if I screwed someting *else* up as well...
