- added flashbang, crystalize, and bury to the list of possible hitbox effects

- lowered max amount of possible base knockback (12 -> 10)
- lowered max amount of possible knockback scaling (1.5 -> 1.4)

- altered the range of possible base hitpause (1 - 10 -> 2 -> 12)
