Added upgrades for Shovel and Blacklist. Said cards still do not gain XP, so you must use an upgrade card quest reward to access them.

Upgrade reset mechanic no longer available by default, instead requiring either the Selective Evolution perk (free to unlock) or the mutator by the same name.

Added a mod option to disable the changes to vanilla card upgrades.
