Updated Better Starter Boat.

Added 2 large fluid pumps and anchor points to be used as a fire hose. These are located on the sides of the helm. Both anchor points are connected to 2 large pumps that pump sea water. Hoses can be found at the rear of the boat.

- Added a speed sensor in a new HUD on the right of the main window (Due to excessive peer pressure). Measured in knots.

- Re-coloured the boat into a red search and rescue theme.
- Added side ladders.
- Added red & blue emergency flashing lights.
- Increased the engine RPS limiter to 8. Note: This does make the boat turn a lot quicker. Be careful!
- Other minor visual changes.

Updated Better Starter Boat. Replaced the propeller with an azimuth thruster. While going over some waves the small propeller was lifting out of the water and causing the boat to stop and engine rev high. The azimuth thruster sits lower in the water and helps solve this problem.

If you are getting less speed than before you can quite happily increase the engine rps limit to 10 and see higher speeds, but also be aware this will cause the boat to turn incredibly quickly.
