Updated TK-15 Crash Tender.

Added:
-Instrument panels using composite logic
-a proximity sensor that beeps at you if you get too close

Fixed:
-Issue with microcontroller that caused it to beep when not reversing
-automatic transmission switching back and forth repeatedly between high and low gear while shifting
-some overheating issues, should heat up a little slower now.
