Added ability to Adopt characters, disown characters and designate an heir for characters with the One Trait. (AI will not do).

One Trait now simply grants access to other traits/casus belli and army. Split off stat boost to it's own trait, domain increase to it's own trait and stress reduction to it's own trait. Rebalanced commander trait to be OP but not at time game breaking. Added One Trait Giant which gives character physical giant appearance.
