Gave buff to Nanman's fire archers to shoot faster compared to normal fire arrows. (6->9)

Reduced Calibration Distance overall. Now it's set to 75m (Imperial Units), 60m (Elite/Marksmen), 50m (Unchanged) for rest of the unit tiers.

Reverted the unit experience fire rate bonus multiplier back to base game.

Reverted the damage of Yellow Turban's laminated bow (used by Land's Chosen and Archery Masters) back to base game due to their high projectile penetration.

Increased Defenders of Earth's Calibration Distance to 75m, reverted detonation radius back to base game. Placed as long as not too far back in rear line, they will do less friendly fire when fired over allied troops.

Imperial Crossbows now have same damage as elite crossbows, but they have the highest Calibration Distance (150m) and smallest Calibration Area (most accurate) of all projectiles.

All bows are slightly more accurate.

Also adjusted Calibration Distance of all bows based on their tiers.

Higher tier projectiles are now not only more accurate but also have longer Calibration Distance. This means you could have a unit fire from rear line that's further away before accuracy penalty kicks in.

Militia bows and repeating crossbows have 50m (same as base game), and better bolts and arrows have better range, up to 150m. Poison arrows are set at 200m (up from 100) to help reduce the friendly fire when fired from rear line.

Gave +52 bonus vs. cavalry to all poison arrows to keep in line with other arrows.

Gongsun Zan's White Horse Fellows now have same fire rate compared to other mounted archers.

Slightly reduced the damage of high tier bows to compensate with increased accuracy.

Slightly increased accuracy for all imperial & elite crossbows.

Changed the reload speed of "elite" crossbow projectiles to be same as regular crossbows (slower).
However, gave 35% fire rate bonus to Kong Rong faction units to compensate.

Chen Troops now use the same "elite" class crossbows as Kong Rong faction, but at normal fire rate.

Adjusted Ye Vanguard troops' fire rate bonus to match Imperial Palace Crossbowmen (25%).

Marksmen bows now have same damage stats as regular long siyah bows but they still have longer range (225m) and best accuracy out of all bows.

Slightly reduced armor piercing damage for long siyah elite bows to compensate for situations where the base damage could get too high from stacking stat bonuses.

Every bow's accuracy was slightly reduced. (Crossbows unchanged) Militia's bow now starts with same accuracy as base game and higher quality bows gradually have better accuracy.

Slightly reduced Siyah Horn Elite bow's armor piercing damage.

Defenders of Earth's oil arrows are less accurate. (Still much better than base game)

Reworked projectiles from "Marksmen" Siyah Horn bows to have better range, accuracy and armor piercing damage than regular ones.

Fixed an issue where some of the firing rate using poison arrows were not correct.
