Wargaming update: Added instructions for how to set the game's scale correctly to MFZ units, and added bases w/ instructions on how to use them in order to make wargaming measurements much easier.

Quel update, added RGM Quel from Stardust Memory (first post-OYW MS!). Also updated the models for the cars to be less ugly and more varied and added a destroyed floor model so that building destruction looks a little more aesthetically pleasing.
