- When aborting votes by pressing F2 as admin, now the vote will fail with 1 YES vote instead of all NO votes.

- Added the following settings (missing anti-grief features that have been moved from Left 4 Fun to Left 4 Grief):
- "revenge_kick" (default: 0). If 1, non admin players who try to kick an admin will be automatically kicked.
- "punish_heal_onladder" (default: 0). If 1, non admin players who try to heal a teammate who is climbing a ladder will be automatically incapped. 0 = heal is still blocked as it was before.

- Shared VScript code and game hooks are now handled in an external addon "Left 4 Lib" ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2634208272 ) which is now required by some of my addons (including this).
IMPORTANT: "Left 4 Lib" is mandatory. This addon will not work without it!

Nothing new, just an alignment to the new L4B version.

- Fixed a bug in the file reading procedure when the file contained a line with nothing but "//".

- Added the settings option "ricochet_bots" to enable/disable the ricochet for friendly fire from the bots

- Added the admin chat command: "!l4gsettings [option] [value]" to change the settings while in the game
