Idk the cause behind that though.
The only mod I have that tweakes the molotovs is this one here, with the ricochet. So this one is what I am suspecting to be the culprit.

Anti disconnect removes damaging entities (pipe bombs, grenade launcher projectile, fire, etc) when the player that caused those entities to exist disconnects. Revenge Kick auto kicks the player that votes to kick any one labeled as an admin and voids the vote.
Is “aggro effect” included in the add-on settings???
When I explode a box of fireworks, the zombies stand still without being affected by aggro, so I don't know what the problem is.
