- Bled insignia materials changes to CIS material.

- Updated the Addon icon to more clearly display the post.
- Modified Republic color to feel more blue, and more "Republic".
- Modified the holographic beam to be more see-thru and less wide
- Modified insignia materials to be non-fullbright and react more to light to more emulate a glow, rather than a matte texture
- Added scanlines as a detail to the insignia's to more closely resemble the BF2 Command Post.
