- fixed lua typo

- now the leader is flagged as female
- fixed UA +1 range from great general not applied to units on the same tile (stacked)
- now when Amazons are played by humans the UA +1 range from GG is immediately applied, while if Amazon is AI the bonus is checked every turn as per previous version
