Design updated, adding some minor details and fixing others
Another balance tweak, the damage of the ground weaponry was exaggerated. Also i syncronized the shots from main weapons

- Added 155mm custom projectile
- Nerfed 127mm turrets (70dmg > 60dmg)

Fixed a problem with 127mm turrets, which couldn't aim independently from their limited angles (turretMultiTargeting not working on these attachments so i made 25mm turrets all attachments and 127mm normal turrets).
- Improved a little bit the center design
- Recreated the original RPM of 25mm turrets in rusted, now, they shoot every 0.23 seconds and deals 17 damage.

- Added 10 turrets (2x127mm and 8x25mm, like the original)
