-Forward-Special can now only be used once in the air before landing
-Increased Forward-Special endlag (19 -> 23)
-Decreased Forward-Special horizontal speed
-Dash Attack hitbox comes out one frame later
-Up-Tilt, Forward-Tilt and Neutral-Air hitboxes come out one frame earlier
