Gameplay Changes:
* Increased BAIR's hitpause (6 -> 8) and scaling (.25 -> .5)
* Aerial FSPECIAL now snaps down to a maximum altitude
* Nerfed USPECIAL's hover charge:
. - Hover charge drains extra-fast while Nozomi is above the screen
. - Hover recharge rate halved when standing on non-stage ground (ie. FSPECIAL platforms)
. - Nerfed recharge rate (3 -> 2)

Bug Fixes:
* Fixed BAIR's SFX being one frame late
* Fixed the "last frame of crouch" bug

Misc:
* Fixed Zetterburn's DSPECIAL not being placed on Nozomi's Aerial FSPECIAL
* FSPECIAL platforms twinkles
* Wardrobe adjustment for the "Hatsune Miku" Alt
* Fixed stray hair pixels in a handful of sprites

* Raised FSTRONG launch angle (35 -> 45)
* Landed NAIR is interruptible
* Reworked NSPECIAL
. - Increased radius (45 -> 50)
. - Duration scales with damage (90 -> 150-360)
. - Being put to sleep now interrupt attacks
. - Can mash out of sleep, up to halving the sleep duration
. - AI mashing efficency scales with their level
. - Immune for longer after waking up (45 -> 90)
* Nerfed FSPECIAL
. - Reduced speed when started in mid-air

Bug Fixes:
* Fixed Nozomi's voice being apparently strong enough to damage the Rock Wall

* Loosened timing on DAIR's sweetspot jump cancel
* Removed Custom Gravity from NSPECIAL, the move dampens fall speed instead
* Reworked DSPECIAL's reflection behavior
. - Made reflection active one frame earlier
. - Reflector better detects odd cases of articles/projectiles spawning immobile hitboxes
. - Reflector no longer activates Parry Stun
. - Reflected projectiles deal +50% damage (rounded down)

Bug Fixes:
* Fixed DSTRONG's missing Sweetspot SFX

* Added USPECIAL's hover meter on the overhead indicator

* Reduced air friction (0.08 -> 0.06)
* Increased hitstun gravity (0.4 -> 0.45)
* Adjusted properties of snow clouds
. - Small clouds (DTILT, DATTACK) now have Parry Stun
. - Big clouds (FAIR, BAIR) are now bashable

* Fixed FSPECIAL still being able to cancel after being parried
