Search for Extraterrestrial Life
  • Removed positive modifier to patriot opinion.
  • Added positive modifier to youth opinion.
  • Added new event tied to policy
Aerospace Industry Subsidies
  • Added modifier connecting cost of this policy and cost of space travel to better mimic subsidies filling in the profit cracks for businesses.
  • Lowered base cost to compensate for modifier increasing, then decreasing cost.
