Research error should be fixed.

I hit a little snag fully removing Oils and Powders, so for now the conversion recipe is going to stay.

* Gave the Salt from Course Rock Salt recipe to the Condiment Prep Table from VCE.
* Provided limited compatibility with Expanded Materials - Metals.
** Apothecary's Charcoal and EM-M's Charcoal are now interchangeable in use, but not in production.
** Any building requiring EM-M's Charcoal will accept AY's Charcoal as a fuel source, and vice versa.
** Any recipe requiring EM-M's Charcoal will accept AY's Charcoal, and vice versa.
** These are still separately produced recipes, and separate items.

I pulled the trigger and cut Oils & Powders:
* Any recipe using oils/powders had ingredient & quantity changed to a comparable amount of base herb needs.
* Work for all recipes using oils/powders increased to help offset this.
* Existing recipes I didn't remove already will have their ingredients automatically switched over.

Temporary redundancy recipe:
* a x1/x10/x50/x100 recipe "Convert Oils or Powders" has been added to the Apothecary Table.
* x1 recipe produces x1 Wood Ashes, the x10/50/100 recipe products 1 Herbal Medicine per 10 ingredients.
* This redundancy recipe will be removed November 1st, 2020 .

* Tribals will now start with Herbalism (Simple)
* If Vanilla Factions - Medieval is loaded, Renegade Lord will start with Herbalism (Simple), Tallow, and Charcoal.
* Teas now costs 750.
* Ointments and Salts now cost 1250.
* Charcoal now costs 500.

* Added a recipe to convert Apothecary's "Course rock salt" into Vanilla Cooking Expanded's salt, recipe can be found on the Apothecary Table as "Refine course rock salt into rock salt", requires 300 work and 50 Course rock salt for 5 Salt. Recipe requires the Condiments research.
* Course rock salt can now be stored again if VCE is loaded
* All tea recipes have had their work skill moved from Intellectual/DrugSynthesisSpeed to Cooking/DrugCookingSpeed
* Research tab is actually usable now in vanilla! Check the preview images.

* Fully restored Calcium Carbonate from Eggs recipe to all default benches
* Added Salted Meat compatibility redundancy - Apothecary's Salted Meat Barrel option should now be disabled in favour of Salted Meat.
