-Fixed a bug in the boolean logic that I created trying to fix the SALCOS mode logic. Should all work now.

Fixed SALCOS mode toggle. When SALCOS ONLY mode is toggled, missile won't lock target coords of the radar and instead will maintain SALCOS control.
