Big update!

- Adjusted materials on all models, improving shading and colors
- Added a new tenement, in many variations: 3segment, 5 segment, 6 segment, gate, 45deg corner, 90deg corner, 135 corner. They have no collisions and are easy to fit in almost every space. They have skin variants as well.

- Removed colliders from all building except the 2 storey tenement. This wont effect buildings that are already placed on your maps.
- Greatly reduced amount of citizens that are accomodated in tenements, for balancing reasons. This wont effect buildings that are already placed on your maps.
- Deprecated tenement variant will be completely removed in the next update (ETA 3-300 weeks), and will disappear from your maps unless you replace them with the correct variant.

- Improved UV mapping of all buildings, to allow re-skinning
- Added one new tenement variant
- Added LOD's to all tenement variants
- Deprecated one of the color variants. They will remain on your maps, but do not place them new. This variant will be replaced by skins for the other color variant.
- Renamed the corner variant to clear up confusion.
