MAJOR UPDATE - MANUAL REPRINT REQUIRED

-KYBER now changes every 7 minutes (1 minute slower)
-Improved antispam to prevent multiple cycles going
-Even if multiple cycles start, module now detects/remedies it
-New sound for when the module spawns on a bomb
-Twitch Plays support! (Open beta)
-Grace period of 20 seconds for Twitch Plays
-Manual adjustments, including new tips for preparing ciphers
