reverted to fix dinks server shit

Removed redundant weapon spawns.
Populated the map with a bit more props.
Added cool fun things.
Even more optimization tricks.
Removed problematic windows.

Much better optimization. Should run better on lower spec hardware.
Also fixed an exploit that alowed players to leave the map.
