Scripting is no longer required, switched to using <removepart> to remove SapOnPenetration entirely, so I don't need to use scripting to remove the pop-ups.

Also included Enigma Snails

There were changes to SapOnPenetration.cs, updated the files to use the new one and added some comments in both the .xml and the .cs files for others to be able to see what changes I made where
