Release v2.1

- [fix] Empty server name was making the server name actually empty, instead of Default name
- [feature] If you have FakedPlus mutator installed, MutLoader will automatically detect (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Custom) and update your server name with it. No need to add it in your Custom Server Name
