Added a missing connection (this was originally intended for traffic control reasons) to the only intersection on the map. The intersection now allows traffic to cross into every direction. Originally I left the connection out to make the intersection look simple(r) with the assumption that the player would connect the start square highway to the main highway with another intersection later in game.
