Added new character to Black Desert
Custom convo framework begun

- Clothing fixes for New Named NPC in Deadcat Fishing village.

- Bug fix: Elves of the run Research bench. Thanks to Tadwei for the heads up.

Lord Hyron now works as intended with the recruitment dialogue.
- custom dialogue still when travelling still to come but that will be a while until I get some of the other stuff working.

- Lesp is now Recruitable. (Or was in the last update and I forgot to mention it.)

- One random recruitable spawn in the Hub.

Next up will be more intergration with exsisting systems and I have plans for five more named NPC's for various areas of the world with custom Dialogue and a faction introduction.
