Added a new input delay system in mod settings! (Yes, this is a major update, because for quite a few people this definitely changes a lot)
Larger values increase delay, smaller values decrease it, and values should be given in milliseconds, and will be read as such (0 is default, no delay)
If you somehow have a negative delay, that's available too, but going below -350 will set it back to normal, this probably shouldn't happen normally unless you're just messing around though
This system might be a bit broken, I hope not, but if it is do tell me and I shall attempt to fix

The dumbest bug in the world is now gone, thanks exish
Also now sound can be adjusted by the game so they're no longer at full volume when you muted the game (but good luck without sound lmao)

Update that makes things better, now the first two "misses" you get will not strike you, and if you press just b a r e l y too late you won't get a double strike
