Update: 15 Oct, 2024 @ 1:54pm

I forgot to hide a few of the new province groups

Update: 15 Oct, 2024 @ 2:12am

Version 0.12.0.0
ADDITIONS
- Added various new colonial languages to Spanish, Portuguese and Greek (initially I planned for more but I do want to get this patch out soon, so those will come another time)
- Provinces will retain the native language and religion if said native population is over 1000
- Finally added localisation for the British settlement events courtesy of JP
- Italians can now actually get use out of the Promote Italian Literary Language decision, taking it now allows for your form of Italian to spread via assimilation events
- Once you've converted most of Italy to your language a new decision is available, this decision will unify all remaining Italian dialects (in your particular group) into a new standard Italian made respectively for each group.
- You can then spread this standard form to Greater Italy, which includes lands up to the Rhone, Switzerland and parts of Slovenia
BUGS
- Cleared out the error log spam
- Fixed missing '= yes' for the Poetvin expansion event
- Copied ship and leader nameslists from Latin Empire and Gaelica to CI's ERO and Gual tags
CHANGES
- Changed how colonial languages appear, instead of being nearly instantaneous upon the completion of a colony there is instead of time period until a colonial language establishment event. This event will change the primary language of all tags in the group for the colonial language in that languages homelands (visable via decision list).
- For example any British tags with a capital on the American eastern seaboard will convert to American
- After the establishment event happens the colonial language can now begin to spread with a similar set of triggers to how old world settled languages appear, accepted languages will not convert, unless it's the capital or the tag is an AI (so likely all of them because colonial nations).
- You need to one; build religious, trade or tax buildings, two; dev the desired province 10 times, send a colonist to the province to dev boost or use the new Frontier Settlement edict (only availble to colonial nations, or independent former colonial nations, the AI should be quite eager to take it), in order for the events to fire.
- Colonial French remains unchanged however, as they have a different Creole system
- Increased MTTH for generic colonial settlement event from 30 years up to 50 years
- The generic event will now also convert religion as long as it is outside the religious group of the owner, though converting them manually will result in a quicker language conversion
- Reduced MTTH for specific colonial languages settlement down from 150 years to 50 years
- Modifers for changing old world language varients to new world varients also adjusted to result in about 15 years for new world language to supercede the old, this is ontop of the initial establishment event that has a MTTH of 70 years resulting in about 85 years from the initial settlement, this may yet still be a bit high and might be tweaked down.
- British Arctic event will now also convert any British country with a capital in its homelands, this is due to Greenland

Update: 1 Oct, 2024 @ 2:19am

Version 0.11.1.2
BUGS
- Too many events to list, but many had country triggers where only province triggers worked, spamming the error log as a result
- Evenkil group now correctly marked as nomadic at the start
- The event to split American into Yankee, Dixie and 'Laurentian' (aka Midwestern, but that name sucks) now actually splits them with a scripted effect
- All South Arabian languages can form Arabia, rather then just Mahri
- Modern Dutch and Dutch Low Saxon can now convert to Afrikaans via the BT event
- Frisian can no longer convert to Afrikaans via the same BT event on account of them being in a separate group

Update: 30 Sep, 2024 @ 10:43pm

Version 0.11.1.1
BUGS
- Fixed typo in pahiri scripted trigger pirmary_culture -> primary_culture
- Fixed Greek assimilated Armenian and Georgian, aswell as two East Slavic events trigger searching for primary culture in the province instead of the owner of said province
- Made a South Slavic event trigger from specific South Slavic cultures in the unified Slavic group instead of a scripted trigger

Update: 26 Sep, 2024 @ 8:47pm

Version 0.11.1.0
ADDITIONS
- Added Phoenician group & moved phoenician from lost cultures to it
- Added Carthaginian to the above group (these aren't accessable outside of custom nations right now, but PW will piggyback off of these in future, I haven't abandoned that addon -Hādiros )
- Many more cultures have local naming, I won't list them all but some include Mexican to Mexicano, Brazilian to Brasileiro
- Split South Semitic group into Southeast Semitic (South Arabian) & Southwest Semitic (Ethiopic), the former has three new members.
- Split the Sehelian group into various Chadic & a few non chadic groups (the vanilla group was not at all linguistic)
- Split Omotic into Ta-Ne & Aroid groups
BUGS
- Fixed Prussian mission to conquer Silesia province group
- Fixed American splinter event using the wrong id (cultural_influence_british.2 instead of 62)
- Old Latin culture regions were not using the province_group in code, causing any province to flip via any of the events (whoops)
- Unified Slavic obtained from Russia's mission tree should now convert all Slavic languages, some CI ones were missed
CHANGES
- The angevin culture mission in the Domination British tree has been edited to now use a scripted effect that only targets English provinces under England/England-France & their subjects
- Vepsia & Ingria now have Vepsläne & Inkerin as primary languages in their history files
- BR's Makoraba tag now has Aravikos as its primary language
- A few more colonial nations have been defined as primary for colonial languages
- Some more colonial nations now have new colonial languages defined as their primary in their history file.
- These following notes won't really effect the end user, just backend housecleaning really
- Added some additional documentation in the cultures file, stating whether the addon culture is vanilla, BT or CI
- Localisation file has had a bit of a resort, eventually the plan is to have every culture & group in it, even if unchanged.
- To a degree related groups will also be placed near eachother (e.g Scandinavian in North Germanic subsection, below the West Germanic subsection with Anglo-Frisian, British & German, in the Germanic grouping, within the Indo-European family)
- Slavic events should now work with the unified Slavic group, albeit still only working for each subgroup (each subgroup will have priority, so a West Slavic primary will convert Ruthenian provinces for example, although at this point that'd be quite hard to pull off as right now only Russia can unify the groups with that one mission)

Update: 27 Aug, 2024 @ 10:56pm

Version 0.11.0.3
BUGS
- Fixed Aegean & Anatolian not splitting properly
- Fixed Picard event causing no language to spread instead of Picard
CHANGES
- Added primary nations to some colonial languages
- Some colonial nations now have new colonial languages defined as their primary in their history file.

Update: 15 Aug, 2024 @ 4:48pm

Version 0.11.0.2
BUGS
- Added missing CI cultures to various government reform triggers
- Added missing CI cultures to some monument triggers
- Fixed inherited BT bug for St' Catherine's Monastery giving way too much Patriarch Authority
- Reduced total amount of provinces required for unifying Rhomaioi, Anatolikos and Aegean languages on account of the Anatolia province cuts
- Hellenic Assimilated Turkish also requires less provinces to initiate
- Changed Turkey's tag from TRK to TUK as TRK is now used as a country string for the Ottomans after conquering Italy via their mission tree, which resulted in Turkey being called Devlet-i Rûm.
CHANGES
- Added total development triggers to the German standardisation decisions so they no longer show up for small tags which caused them to set all of North/South Germany to be provinces of Interest
- Added Styria to forbidden AI tags in the Ostsiedlung decision, they aren't likely to be able to pass it before forming Austria anyway but just in case.

Update: 27 Jul, 2024 @ 8:19pm

Version 0.11.0.1
BUGS
- Fixed Bretain and Greco-Georgian spread

Update: 25 Jul, 2024 @ 3:46am

Version 0.11.0.0
GENERAL
- Updated to BT16
ADDITIONS
- Added the Eastern Iranian group and moved some cultures from the now Western Iranian group to it, Peshetw and Iron Ævzag.
- Added a few new groups to India and changed up the cultural setup
CHANGES
- Replaced CI's unified_slavic group with the new vanilla slavic group. CI's unified slavic group was added in version 0.5.13 but later disabled until more content could be added beyond simply merging the three culture groups, so we should probably get onto that
- Replaced CI's Caucasus groups with BT16 ones, for the end user they are about the same, though with BT16s additional provinces there's some more room for detail
- Replaced CI's UEF Tag with vanilla AVE, however CI's colour and name are given to the new AVE tag
- Changed the colours of many groups to be easier to tell apart, old colours are still available in the files
