Update 2.1 - The Winter Warfare Update

Tweaks:
Changed the name of several items, most notably the camo names are now correctly labled, such as CADPAT AR and TW. Also changed the junior NCM ranks of the navy to be the new ones, including Sailor 2nd Class, 1st Class and Master Sailor.
