Added rivalry quests and enabled them for Dalinar and Torol at game start.
No mercenary companies should be generated for spren or chasmfiend cultures.
The AI should be more likely to accept a spren bond when it's offered.
Bonding a spren now grants 50 investiture, thereby fixing a bug where some AI characters were unable to progress in radiance despite bonding a spren because they weren't Invested.
Added new animations and props. Can be selected in the barbershop.
Added a prompting event when a courtier is wounded and you can help.
Added a murder compatibility penalty for windrunners, skybreakers, edgedancers, truthwatchers, and bondsmiths.
Much of the map has received a light rework, with the goal of making the world feel more 3D by adding large-scale rolling hills and valleys on top of the explicit mountain ranges we already had.

Calling your vassals to the Vengeance Pact now grants your Highprinces a second Kingdom tier title, which fixes the issue where the AI would just move back immediately after accepting your call to arms.
Tons of map work.
New "Exposed Coast" terrain type.
Buildings now cost more and/or construct slower in exposed terrain.
Laits now provide a passive +1 Fort Level.
The Bronze Palace is now a building instead of a separate holding.
Buffed the Bureaucracy-specific Duchy buildings School of Rhetoric and Artifabrian's College to also improve lifestyle XP gain.
Gregarious characters may now always be targeted by the Befriend Scheme, even if you lack the perk to do so.
The AI should no longer marry characters you're currently scheming against.
Characters with canon spouses should no longer marry 12-year olds just because a player is their liege.
Various localization fixes.

Many minor tweaks to arranged marriages to help things run a bit more smoothly
Thaylen Elective refactor and rebalance
Azish Elective refactor and rebalance
Tweaked weights for the Azish Lawsuit forms, reducing the chances of getting forms with ÆØÅ in them.
Lots of low-impact map work, starting mapping Tukar and Makabakam, sharpened mountains.
Character lists now include Prowess.
Shallan is now listed on the Balat Bookmark
Purelaker culture ignores supply penalties in the purelake.
Babatharnam Electors now vote for the current ruler's primary heir with +5 age worth of score.

Fixes:
Fixed the artifact filter by slot sometimes not working
Babatharnam now gets generated spouses on game start
Balat Davar no longer grows a beard while loading from the Bookmark screen into the game proper.
You can now Go Fishing in the Purelake.
Fixed the Character window age widget sometimes getting stuck on "huge mode" after viewing a character with Unknown Age.

Added Liaforan Fashion innovation for +Attraction and ignore negative culture opinion
Added Herdazian Sparkflickers innovation for bonus to raid speed
Added some default innovations to the Herdazian culture.
Added Mercy's Shardic Victory. I did not have mercy when I coded this, but you must have mercy if you wish to claim it.
Added Ambition's Shardic Victory. Weep, for there are no more worlds to conquer.
Victory requirement for Adonalsium increased by 1.
Longships and Thaylen Ships are now exclusive innovations but they share most triggers.
Fixed localization and triggers for Varangian adventure and Send to Varangian Guard - which uses the Azish Empire as a stand-in for the Byzantine Empire.
The chance of getting the Adventurer trait from Questing is now dynamically computed rather than constant, but still averages around 10%.
The Squire Traditions Dynasty Legacy now grants +1 Squire Limit
The direct character interaction with the Nightwatcher that skips the pilgrimage is now only available your are a friend or house-mate of the Nightwatcher's Bondsmith.
Fixed default tooltips of Royal Guard characters. The change may break save games slightly, but hopefully not too much

Restares is now human
Whenever a Herald reincarnates, Restares comes out of hiding. This should make it significantly easier to finish Odium's Victory.
Added an option to execute an imprisoned character using Nightblood. This costs as much investiture as the target has at the time of execution.
Nerfed Cursed Immortality to disable direct inheritance of titles, which was causing several exploits (Especially in Babatharnam!)
You now lose opinion of someone who refuses a duel. Other conditionals may now be tied to this refusal opinion.

Refactor of the Character Window gui file, which should save a lot of time when patch 1.5 arrives.

Non-spren should no longer end up stuck in Shadesmar
Standardized when the radiant ideal cooldown is calculated in terms of being computed before/after actually leveling up (This was inconsistent before)
Limited Forced Single Combat derived from the Wrathful and Irritable traits to lower-ranked, non-independent rulers.

Hualinam'lunanaki'akilu now has the Sighted trait.
House of Perpetual Youth boon now also grants -25 life expectancy.
Raise Control in County Marshal task now scales with half your Skybreaker level.
Royal Guard's Protection task now gets an additional bonus from radiant level, particularly for Windrunners.
Various mapping terrain adjustments and locator fixes.
Bureaucratic rulers can now build one of three types of Schools in Cities depending on their holders' Education Policy.
- Universal Education grants Public Schools, which improve the county's development, control, and opinion at the cost of holding taxes.
- For-Profit Education grants Private Schools, which improves tax and development at the cost of opinion.
- Doctrinal Education grants Shadow Schools, which benefits only the holder and their powerful vassals, at the cost of opinion.
The effects of multiple schools stack, but they cannot be built in the same province.

Added a secret feature. Not telling you what it is until someone discovers what it is and how it works.

Content
Added a rare wok_crackpot event where you get exposed to one of my crackpot theories.
Added 2 vanilla slavery events, relocalized for Roshar.

Gameplay Tweaks
Level 5 Windrunners may now squire any regular knight.
Stupid difficulty is slightly less economically punishing.
Radiant Healing costs now scale with age and health
Azure is now Iriali instead of Kholin culture, as that's a better approximation. (Iri-descent Tones anyone?)

Fixes:
Fixed a division by 0 error for inheriting a Federation without other members
Attempted fix for desync by removing a coastal province modifier that provided extra supply. This has been the cause of desyncs before, but there's no guarantee it will finish the job.
