Fstrong:
- Increased start up 9 -> 12
- Strong kbs 1.1 -> 0.9

- Decreased range

Dtilt:
+ Made less negative disjointed

Ftilt:
+ Made it more disjointed

Nspecial:
+ Decreased air fritcion 0.15 -> 0.1
+ Increased hitstun on pop hitbox
> No longer sends her into pratfall
+ End lag 17 -> 11
- Cooldown 60 -> 90

Ustrong:

+ base knockback 7 -> 9
- Kbg 1.1 -> 1

* Move got reworked
- Goes into pratfall
+ Can move in the air
+ Balloon pop does more damage and knockback
* Makes a Heart balloon that you float with
> Don't recommend if you are low on the stage

> Made the attack easier to see
+ Jab 2 BKB (5 > 5.5)

Dair:
* Slightly different animation
+ Final kick lifetime increased by 1
+ Final kick KBG (0.4 > 0.5)

> Fixed a bug where nair wouldn't show in frame data
> Some Attack hitboxes in frame data have names on them
> Minorly changed some spirtes up like: Pratfall, Parry, Land, Landinglag, Hurt, DoubleJump and DashStart

Bair:
- Has a weaker version of itself
+ 3 extra frames of lifetime
> The weaker stinger hitbox doesn't poison

Rune H:
+ Increased the bair damage by 2

Rune H + M:
+ Increased the bair damage by 2

Rune O:
+ initial dash time 12 > 11

General:
- 2x Jump speed 9 > 7.5
- First Jump 9 > 8.5
* Honsently with a character with 4 jumps It shouldn't go that high
* Also helps prevent stalling with the float jump
+ Added Runes
> Fixed a bug where you could float while you got hit or in prat fall

Dspecial:
> The move have better physics
* This move is much easier to let go and press special again
+ Slightly go up farer
- More cooldown if the attack ends in the air

Nspecial:
- Gave 3 extra frames of start-up
+ Removed 3 frames of end-lag
- Added a 10 frame cooldown

Jab (2nd hit):
+ Made it slightly easier to combo with other moves

Fspecial:
> Made a new stale system. It starts at 3 damage and on frame 15 it goes to 2 damage and full stale at 100 frames
* Punishes the player if they use the move for too long...
* If used for attacking use it closer to the opponent.

Rune notes:

Rune I (DAIR)-
- Full stales at state timer 300 (5 seconds after the move is held)
- Half stales at 180 (3 seconds after the move is held)

Rune C + G (FAIR)-
+ If combined it will do more stun

Rune N (Float)-
- It increases how fast you fall slightly

Rune O -
- Nerfed the intal dash speed frames
- Nerfed speed

Rune M -
- All moves are slightly slower
+ But, they are stronger

Rune M + H -
+ Bair is much slightly stronger when these runes are combined

Rune M + I -
- The second hitbox doesn't do 2 damage.

Rune L -
- Strong attacks are slightly weaker
+ But they are much faster during start-up

Quick day one patch

General:
> Idle animation changed so it is easier to tell which way she is going
> Victory Music fades out better
> Edited platform might edit later

Nspecial:
+ Made it so the hitbox wouldn't go away after hit.

Fspecial:
- When you get parried the move will end.
+ Increased how fast you fly (6 > 6.5)

Dspecial:
? You fall down slightly slower when doing the spin
- Slightly increased start up and end lag
+ Increased knockback growth (0.5 > 0.6)

Dattack:
+ knockback growth (0.4 > 0.5)
> It goes off the ledge now

Dair:
+ Sends at a better angle (60 > 45)

Utilt:
+ Sweetspot Knockback growth (0.65 > 0.75)
+ Sourspot Knockback growth (0.45 > 0.50)

Bair:
+ Stinger damage increased (7 > 8)
+ Stinger knockback growth (0.3 > 0.45)
