Rebuild time! Recoded the mod to work with new distrobution tables, and changed around some of the places it could spawn tailoring books based on the new lists

- Chance to drop all levels from living room shelves and post office book locations
- Chance to drop 1 thru 3 books from book crates and generic shelves

Added in two more sets of spawn locations to bring this in line with other normal book spawns:

- Chance to drop level 1, 2, and 3 books from Mail Trucks
- Chance to drop all levels from small indoor tables
