Updated the Union path so if you puppeted the nations you annex your puppets instead of being locked in a impossible war or anything with your puppets (Thank you オーケーブーマー for helping)

Buffed Jupiter Program from -15% attack and -10% defense (possibly reversed idk) to -5%

Updated wargoals to use OWB's generation System

Fixed bypasses not being done for the NORAD path

fixed a wrong value causing a focus to be 0 days

Made this mod overwrite the Minor Ideas mod when it came to Summers

Updated the Mod to be Compatible with 3.2
Buffed Lanius's tree a bit and fixed Loc issues with it due to the updated tree
Fuck Lanius you made me waste nearly 2 hours on this you bastard

Summers now starts with Stripped PA, ideas involving the Spec-Ops have been modified to take this into account.
Lanius gets his reinforcements early on because god poor Lanius got hit hard this update.

Added a new division that spawns with Summers that uses Power Armor.

A new rework of the Elites and the Chapter path is now underway, with NORAD to replace the chapter path and a new Enclave Path being worked on. Stay tuned.

Fixed a localization bug in the Space Defence Path
Added a new Starting idea, the Black Devils
Added new decisions to slowly remove the Soldiers, not Technicians debuff after completing the focus "Restoring the Maineframe"

Small buff to restarting the Jupiter Program, so when its restored you have -15% attack and defense against lanius, rather then -25%
