Moved !enablefpsenhace/!disablefpsenhance into Spwanmenu (Q) -> Options. Added setting to add HUD background.

Moved !light and !dark into Spawnmenu -> Options -> ModernUI -> Settings. Added ammo to HUD.

Now there is a proper dark and light theme! And you can switch with !dark or !light
