-Fixed fog performance issues

-Cleaned up all info_player entities that had obsolete data on them.
-All light entities HDR scale were changed to the new standard (.5).
-Changed some of the lights flicker to normal to reduce stutter.
-Added block lights to some rooms which have the flicker intact.
-Replaced AS balancer with static randomizer.
-Changed some zombie spawns and their values.
-Removed global HDR limitations.
-Changed soundscape values.
-Increased vent size.

-Fixed some light sources being too bright compared to the original v2 map version
-Slightly increased some sound volumes and their reach
-Moved the fire in the cinema area slightly forward
-Ammo and weapon spawns have been decreased
-Props fade out at certain distance now
-Bugged radio music has been replaced
-Added some hint/skip brushes
