Fixed UNO Reverse erroring whenever it is removed while on the ground, and erroring when being dropped

Added more obvious centre-screen message when getting the UNO Reverse saying "Click to activate!"

- Now activates on left-click, added warning message in chat on purchase

- Can now be dropped normally like any other weapon
- Now much easier to upgrade with the Pack-a-Punch
- Hopefully more intuitive to use for new players

- When held, you appear holstered until activated

Made uno reverse length easier to change by other mods, fixed a lua error that occurred when using on a server without Custom Roles for TTT

Moved the slot of the uno reverse to slot 8, to help with accidentally using it when fast weapon switch is on

Fixed the uno reverse not loading into the detective's buy menu properly, causing the wrong buy menu item to be bought whenever you purchased one
