-Introduces 2 new Game Modes, Territories and Assault
-New recolored in-game GUI to better match Halo Reach's atmosphere
-Added Motorized Brigades to all armored divisions
-Spartan Teams start with more industry
-Nerfed People's Occupation by quite a bit

-Fixed a CTD caused by the Commander traits menu referencing Commander abilities that I had accidentally removed from the game
-You can now actually use vanilla abilities like "Force Attack" and so on
-Added new and improved Spartan portraits colorized by Оле́г
-Have begun adding Halo companies and ministers to the game
