Balance changes:
>almost all weapons and ammo for them are more available so you can buy them much easier
>ptrd can now already penetrate walls
>some useless weapons got buff to damage
>akm got little nerf

Fixed:
>sn-42 and ssh-39 in crazy sizes
>no more bullet from deconstructing magazines
>federov textures
>invisible ptrd ammo
