2.) Added an Alternate version of the Super DUPER Shotgun Barrel that does not center the Double Barrel SG.
3.) Updated the Super DUPER Shotgun Barrel to only add 12 pellets instead of 30 pellets.
4.) The Super DUPER Shotgun Barrels now trigger the "papname1" flag to properly rename the Double Barrel SG to the Super Shotgun.

1.) Cleaned up the code for the Upgraded PAPs.
2.) Updated the blast damage of the Hitscan versions of the Launchers' Upgraded PAPs from 2000 to 2500.
3.) Updated the impact damage of the Projectile versions of the Launchers' Upgraded PAPs from 5000 to 2500.
4.) [TEST PURPOSES] Nerfed the damage multiplier from the Launchers' and the Ray-Gun's Upgraded PAPs from 10.0 to 5.0.
5.) Updated the SPAS-12's Upgraded PAPs to have a fire RPM when it comes to the 4-Round Burst. Where it was originally a Mult_RPM value of 2.0, it is now a Mult_RPM value of 5.0.
6.) Cleaned up the code of the Omni-Perks. Any unnecessary lines of code were outright removed to reduce as much space as I could.
7.) Alright, turns out the HipDispersion multiplier was already in the Omni-Perks, along with the MoveDispersion multiplier. So now the HipDispersion and MoveDispersion values of the Omni-Perks are really set to 0.0.

d. Added the " Assassin" suffix when the attachment/mod is equipped.
