Numbers:
  • Added a new table, "pooled_resource_factor_junctions_tables" And tweaked so all missing resources that did not have "ai_can_propose" is not toggled on.
  • Added missing entries for Nanman factions.

Removed the addition that added Yuan Shu's legitimacy in 182. It's now there anyway.
