The seekers in Fort Cazar will now offer elemental skill training even if you've already increased that skill through Jade Helix or other means.

Fort Cazar now has a unique rifle available at 100% investment (new game only). The Mage Hunter dagger now deals more damage depending on enemy Magic Attack. The Wind Dancer sword won't make whistlestone noises anymore.

The cafe in Fort Cazar should now spawn recruits (new game only).

Made a small tweak to the Flooded Crypt. Also, for new games, the locations where the Seekers' marks can be found are now hidden until the player talks to the respective Seeker, in order to avoid frustration when unprepared players accidentally stumble upon them.
