-Minor rework to food mechanic. Food now scales rather than being tiered, so more food will always equal greater growth (until you hit the cap of 4x food needed). On the opposite end, not having enough food to feed everyone will always result in negative growth (no more Skaven outbreeding their starvation rate).
-Food display now shows actual food produced and needed rather than the population you could feed vs what you need to feed. This is just a graphical change, there's no mechanical difference.
-Workers is a separate stat for pops again (instead of workers = whoever isn't a dissident).
-Low workers now impacts the tax rate of a province rather than adding a debuff to building income.
-From the empire panel (top left button) you can now set whether a race will always be exterminated or will ignore the 'extermination' status of settlements.
-Fixed a bug with the chaos invasion option not being selectable on the main menu.

-fixed a UI bug when abandoning a settlement that had been set to exterminat
-gave skinks the same lowered dissidents that high elves and dwarfs enjoy, to compensate for their now lowered numbers
-prettified some region ui

-added some regions to count as naggarrothi / tomb city / temple city
-modified the UI so region types shows on the region panel, instead of being hidden away behind the migration button
-chameleon skinks, miners with blasting charges and ironbreakers no longer carry their ammo from battle to campaign, because their base ammo is so low it felt unfair

-certain factions now get more supplies from raiding, and every other faction gets more supplies from home territory
