-Racial bonuses now scale at 3 levels instead of 1. Weakest level when you have 20% of a pop in a city, weak at 40% of a pop and the full racial bonus at 60% of a pop in a settlement. Previously you only got the full racial bonus at 50% and nothing beneath it.
-Changed background of details panel so it won't hide settlement panel if you click on it
-Added compatibility for Bretonnian Questing Beasts

-Wood Elves have a secondary pop, Forest Spirits. Forest Spirits are created in any magical forest similar to Nehekharans in tomb cities
-Magical Forests are all connected to one another for migration purposes now
-Drycha's Asrai pop are now 'glamoured' instead of being 'citizens'
-by default the details pane has been moved to the right of the settlement pane
-Skaven undercity pops are now hidden to all races but Skaven
-Norscan Skinwolves now use beast troops
-mct option to disable AI cities getting buffed/debuffed based on pop size
