人力转化人口时添加公民权判断, 尽可能减少转化无法入职的人口, 比如没有奴隶职位时将尽可能少地转化奴隶人口
区划职位bug修复
添加一个新功能, 当人口增长周期小于8个月的时候会直接增长人力, 并减缓人口增长, 这将进一步减少转化人口所需要的计算量
Add citizenship condition when transforming the manpower into pops to minimize the number of people who cannot be employed by available jobs, such as converting the less slave pops if there is no vacant slave jobs
Districts jobs bug fix
Add a new function, when the population growth cycle is less than 8 months, it will directly increase the manpower instead of pops, which will further reduce the pressure of CPU calculation required to transform the pops

修复了堕落帝国吃不到普通产业加成的bug
修复了产业代表吃不到游戏基础修正的的bug
运行速度不知道为啥又变快了
Newly added district: [Tourist district] which is the local production of resort planet. It will increase influence output
The local Production district of the slave colony now become Abyss Industrial District
Fixed the bug that the fallen empire could not get the bonus of common production bonus
Fixed the bug that production deputies could not get the basic modifiers from technologies and other things
Optimization seems to become even batter

强化了来自帝国各方面的资源加成对人力的效果
产业代表将不会自动转化为奴隶阶级

为盖娅星球, 废土星球, 高级星球(蜂巢/机械等)添加新的地方产业区划, 支持PD添加的同类别星球类型
进一步优化算法, 增加游戏速度
针对特定职业的modifier以75%的效果投射到人力产出中, 此加成不会直接显示, 查看星球参数可以看到, 当前不支持mod新添加的此类加成效果
Add new Local Production district for Gaia Planet, Tomb Planet, Advanced Planet (Hive/Mechanical, etc.), and support similar types of planet added by PD
Further optimize the algorithm to increase the game speed
The modifier for a specific jobs is projected into the manpower output with a 75% effectness. This bonus will not be displayed directly. You can see by checking the planet parameters. Currently, this type of bonus effect newly added by the mods are not supported.
