fixed constructor spawn rate and applied changes to sentinel majors health scaling, they are still weak but might be able to take a hit or two before they explode.

I also altered the combat forms spawn behavior so that less of them will spawn with firearms in a raid and the point values are applied accurately.

Combat forms raised from the dead will not have a weapon unless it is picked up, combat forms turned by infections will have a weapon.

Fixed the spawn rates of certain types of forerunner/flood.

Sentinels spawn less often

Sentinel spawners are limited to 5 sentinels at once for basic, 3 sentinels at once for majors.

Pure form move speed reduced by 5.

Pure forms now can create regular or large flood hives.

Flood hives now produce some flood upon creation, as do sentinel spawners.

Flood hives have been given a limit to number of pawns on the field.

Fixed an error that caused wild spawned pawns to be considered wild animals.

Added Sentinel spawning stations.

Changed the spawning tables of different flood to better balance things

Added Sentinels, sentinel Majors, their weapons, Forerunner metal, as well as fixed some errors on the backend and added the frameworks for the future of this mod.

I fixed a bug with flood spores where they were not functioning correctly as intended, I also fixed Stalkers as their behavior was causing unwanted dips in the combat (they don't drop as an egg for a few seconds any more, so you should be able to keep gunning them down till they're properly dead.)

both sentinels and flood will now spawn naturally in the world, and can happen to wander into your colony.

Sentinels are hostile to everyone but the player colony and other sentinels. (used to simulate their opinion of your colony being "reclaimers" )
