-Added Individual templates for WTC terrain pieces.

I don't really know what people might use these for, but I already was going to make them to make the full table layouts & 3d tables (coming soon), so I might as well throw em in the mod too.

-Added the 24 WTC terrain table overlays, and the WTC map PDF

These are sort of a stepping stone before I make set ups with 3d terrain. I'd need something like this to make a 3d layout for each table anyway, so I might as well include 2d versions in the meantime.
