-Added some more useful tips for newcomers (alt to view, interacting with bags/piles)

-Laid out the secondary objectives reference cards in a grid, rather than decks. Most players I saw preferred to view them this way, rather than right clicking and searching each pile, so I removed the hassle of flipping the cards before a game.

-Fixed an issue where it was difficult or impossible to click the +1, +5, +10 dice spawn options due to my poor placement of the roller

-Updated the Dice roller

-Added a reference book
