- Fixed the issue of Dosh and Cash Injections not appearing in the crafting menu.

- Very minor fix for the dosh effect when under the effect of Cash Injections

[Update 1.1]
Having been inspired by Deku Scrublord's comment in the comments section, we have decided to add "Cash Injections" into the mod with version 1.1

Having added more items than just throwable dosh now, we are changing the mod title to "Killing Floor 2 - Dosh" rather than "Throwable Dosh" since it now has more to offer.

You can now craft Cash Injection syringes by simply opening the crafting menu with empty hands!
This update adds 4 new items:

- Cash Injection (Crafted using 1 Dosh Bundle and 1 Syringe)
- XL Cash Injection (Crafted using 2 Cash Injections)
- XXL Cash Injection (Crafted using 2 XL Cash Injections)
- XXXL Cash Injection (Crafted using 2 XXL Cash Injections)
- Ultimate Cash Injection (Crafted using 2 XXXL Cash Injections, may or may not be safe to use)
