Patch Comment: From seeing lots of gameplay from Workshop's Elite, I have realized that I have improved much as a creator and have adjusted to balance similarly to my other characters.
I've realized that buffing their meter gain by 100% has boosted their camp potential, including with no cooldown/hitboxes on FSpecial and Fireball NSpecial has caused their efficiency to play from the fullscreen range.

++ Can cancel strongs recovery with specials.
+ NSpecial (Sweep) now has decreased 8f startup.
+ DSpecial is now wall jump cancellable.
+ Made NSpecial(Fireball) easier to cancel during recovery,
+ Nair cooldown reduced by 5f decreased
= Removed bug that catches people with FSpecial and Projectile.
- Fspecial has now increased 4f startup,
- USpecial now has increased 3f startup.
-- Pratfall accel decreased from .7 -> .5
-- Meter gain has now been decereased by 50%.
-- FSpecial now has 30f cooldown.
-- NSpecial 2 now has 45f cooldown.

++ Meter now builds faster when hitting someone.
+ EX Mode NSpecial now has more hitpause, making it a good combo tool.
+ Dair Startup reduced by 2 frames.

Dev note: In an attempt to get back into workshop creation, I will now give Kyort the features he should've had Day 1. One of his biggest patches he'll ever have.

Kyort can now cancel their specials to each other outside of MAX MODE, costing the same as regular special move cancels.

Kyort N-Special has more air friction and now slows down vertical speed, making it more useful in the air.
Kyort now has final smash compat!

Kyort now has extra routes for Rekka, and finally the held strength version!
A - attack / B - special / (*) - held

BBA - now goes into a roundhouse kick that sends up!
BA - Kyort sweeps the floor
BAA - Kyort hops towards the opponent and approaches with a spike.

(B) - Kyort spins to avoid projectiles and goes farther than regular special
(B)B - Kyort hits their opponents with a backfist
(B)BB - Kyort goes into U-special

Attack changes
N-Special 3 holds vertical speed.
D-Attack startup increased: 8 -> 12.
D-Attack, B-air, F-air, U-Spec is stronger and can kill more consistently.

-Fixed Kyort losing EX Mode during a match between stocks.
-Added soundcue on FSpec startup making it different from normal dash.
-Able to now get meter faster by x1.25.

-UAir startup frames reduced and overall faster.
-USpec startup is now 5 frames rather than 8, making it more useful as a combo breaker.
-USpec has better height recovery.
